VSV1.0 system
For this new-build greenhouse, a complete double screen installation has been realised. The installation was designed according to the VSV1.0 system, providing a reliable and efficient solution for optimal climate control within the greenhouse.
The screen installation is equipped with Ridder RW2000 motors and operates using a pull-wire system. The screen cloths are installed using the ValkScreenVision 22 mm profile, fitted with an extra-soft 20 mm rubber strip. This ensures a proper seal and smooth, careful guidance of the screen cloth.
Two screen installations, one optimal climate
The upper installation is fitted with Ridder RLS 99 FR W screen cloth. For the lower installation, Ridder RES 10+ FR was selected. In addition, the sidewalls are equipped with Ridder RBO 100 R FR W screen cloth.
The combination of both screen installations allows the greenhouse climate to be controlled accurately and efficiently. The high-quality materials and components provide a durable, reliable and high-performance installation.
